Scope
Revault is the trade name of Ruud Juffermans, established in the Netherlands. Revault provides non-custodial technical services to restore access to cryptocurrency wallets owned by, or legally under the authority of, the client. Revault does not recover stolen funds, trace transactions or investigate fraud.
Assessment
The initial assessment is free and non-binding. It is an estimate of technical feasibility, not a guarantee of success.
Agreement
No recovery work starts before a written service agreement is signed by both parties covering scope, fee, confidentiality and security arrangements. An NDA is available on request.
Fee
The fee is a percentage of the recovered value agreed in the service agreement, due only after access has been successfully restored. No fee is due if recovery fails.
Non-custodial
Revault never takes custody of client assets. After a successful recovery the client opens the wallet and transfers the assets to a wallet under their own control.
Governing law
These terms and every service agreement are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
