Who is responsible
Revault is the trade name under which Ruud Juffermans, established in the Netherlands, provides wallet recovery services. I am the sole controller of the personal data described here; no employees or third-party processors have access to your case material.
What I collect
Through the intake form: your name, email, optional phone number, and the description of your case. Through the newsletter form: your e-mail address and the language you signed up in. During a case: identity documents required for KYC/AML verification and the technical material needed for recovery, handled under the service agreement.
What I never ask for online
Seed phrases, private keys and passwords. Any material of that kind is only handled after a signed agreement, in an isolated environment, and is deleted after handover.
How I use it
To assess and, if agreed, execute your case; to comply with legal obligations; and for anonymous page-view statistics without cookies or third-party trackers.
Retention
Intake requests that don't become a case are deleted after 12 months. Case files are retained as required by Dutch law for identification and tax purposes, then deleted.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by emailing me. I respond within 30 days.
