Wallet recovery
Hardware wallet recovery
The coins were never on the device — they're on the blockchain. Whether the device is broken or the PIN is gone, access can usually be rebuilt from the recovery phrase or the device itself.
What I can do
- Physical defects: cracked screens, dead ports, water damage
- Forgotten PINs and passphrases
- Incomplete recovery phrases from the device's original setup
What I need from you
- The device and/or the recovery card
- The apps and coins you used with it
- Proof of ownership
Never send seed phrases, private keys or passwords by email or through this website. I only work with sensitive material under a signed agreement, in a controlled environment.
Not sure your situation fits? Describe what you have — I'll tell you honestly whether it's viable.
