Wallet recovery pricing: no recovery, no fee.
No upfront costs and no hourly rates. You pay a fee only when you have access again — and you know that fee before I start.
Wallet recovery at Revault costs a standard 20% of the recovered value, and nothing if the recovery fails. There is no hourly rate and no deposit; the initial assessment is free. The percentage is written into the service agreement you sign before technical work starts, and is settled during the supervised handover in which you open the wallet and move the funds to a new wallet yourself.
20% of recovered value
Agreed and contracted before any work. Due only after you have opened the wallet and moved the funds yourself.
In nearly all cases the fee is the only thing you pay. Only in exceptional situations — international travel or physical data recovery by a partner — can extra costs apply, and those are always agreed in writing beforehand.
